Join us at 3:00 PM for a warm Welcome Orientation at the hotel, where your adventure begins! After introductions and a brief overview of the exciting days ahead, we’ll set out on a guided walking tour through Lucca’s historic center. As evening falls, we’ll gather for our first group dinner at a local restaurant, savoring delicious regional cuisine and getting to know each other.

Begin the day with our first rehearsal, setting the tone for an inspiring experience. Afterward, enjoy free time for lunch and personal exploration—wander Lucca’s charming streets, visit local shops, or simply relax. Later, we’ll meet at the renowned International Academy of Italian Cuisine, where Chef Gianluca will guide us in crafting an authentic Tuscan feast. After preparing the meal together, we’ll sit down to enjoy it, learning what makes Italian cuisine a global favorite.

Keep On Cookin'

Another day of music and discovery begins with a focused morning rehearsal. Afterward, take time to enjoy lunch on your own and explore more of Lucca’s treasures. In the late afternoon, Gianluca will be waiting for us with a fresh menu to prepare. Together, we’ll create another delicious Tuscan meal and, of course, enjoy it in good company as we savor the flavors of the region.

Last Train Home

After a morning rehearsal and lunch on your own, we’ll meet at the Lucca Train Station for an afternoon adventure to famous Pisa. Upon arrival, we’ll stroll through the historic town, starting with Keith Haring’s iconic mural, Tuttomondo. From there, we’ll embark on a gelato crawl, stopping at three diverse gelaterias to sample and analyze our favorites.
Next, you’ll have the option to visit the renowned Piazza dei Miracoli, home to the magnificent Cathedral, the acoustically-unique Baptistry, and, of course, the Leaning Tower.
We’ll end the day with a group dinner at a beloved local trattoria, featuring a selection of Pisa’s most cherished dishes. After dinner, we’ll catch the last train back to Lucca.

Beyond the Sea

We’ll travel by train from Lucca to the seaside town of Viareggio, beginning with a visit to the decadent Villa Argentina, known for its elegant Art Nouveau style and beautifully preserved interiors. After exploring the villa, we’ll enjoy a delicious buffet lunch featuring fresh, seaside-inspired dishes.
The afternoon is yours to enjoy as you wish. Stroll through streets lined with Liberty-style architecture, browse the shops along the promenade, or head to the pier to see the striking sculpture L’Attesa overlooking the sea. If you’re in the mood to unwind, lounge on the sand at a private beach resort and soak up the coastal atmosphere. Up for a bit of a walk? Head out to the Carnival Workshop & Museum, where you can discover the craftsmanship and creativity behind Viareggio’s world-famous carnival floats.
Return to Lucca at your convenience and enjoy a free evening with dinner on your own.

Lovely Day

After a focused morning rehearsal, we’ll head over for an unforgettable olive oil experience hosted by Fausto Borella, Maestro d’Olio. He’ll guide us through a crash course on olive oil, focusing on tasting and learning how to distinguish what makes a truly exceptional oil. A delicious lunch featuring fresh local ingredients will follow, perfectly complementing the olive oil we’ve just explored.
In the late afternoon, we’ll gather for an intimate salon concert in a historic chapel in Lucca, sharing music in a beautifully atmospheric setting. Afterward, enjoy a free evening—cap it off with a second (or even third!) round of gelato. After all, you’re in Italy!

Just Can't Get Enough
relax & perform
Spend your last full day in Lucca however you wish! Choose from optional activities, including an e-bike tour through the countryside, a visit to a local winery for a tour and lunch, or a trip to a famous villa and gardens. Prefer to stay in town? Climb one last tower, circle the walls one more time, or wander the streets and try to get lost—just for the fun of it!
Meet up in the late afternoon for our Festival Concert at the auditorium of the renowned Luigi Boccherini Music Conservatory. Afterward, it’s time for the traditional post-concert pizza party—a perfect way to celebrate our amazing performances and this unforgettable experience together!

After breakfast, we’ll gather our things and head off, making sure everyone reaches their airport or train station. With final notes of gratitude and a fond farewell to our Tuscan home, we’ll say, Alla prossima! Until we meet again!
